Terms of Service

1. The service

The Ready Writer helps you turn your message into a book: a guided interview, AI-assisted drafting in your own words, doctrinal flagging, and publishing preparation. AI output is assistance, not authority — you are responsible for reviewing everything before publishing, including with Scripture, prayer, pastoral counsel, and professional editing where appropriate.

2. Your content and ownership

Everything you write, dictate, and generate in your projects is yours. You retain all rights to your manuscripts, answers, and generated assets. We never claim ownership of your book, never use your manuscripts to train models, and you may export your work at any time.

3. Purchases and packages

Packages are one-time purchases, priced per book — there is no subscription. Each package grants the book it is applied to the features described at the time of purchase. If you start with a lower package, you can upgrade the same book later and pay only the difference in price.

Drafting a chapter for the first time, generating your first book plan, and the refinement passes (improve, Scripture support, humanize, editor passes) are unlimited. Regenerating an already-drafted chapter or an existing book plan draws from a pool of regenerations included with each book; when that pool is used up, additional regenerations are available as an optional pack. These limits exist to keep the service sustainable and to keep the focus on your own material — your book improves through your answers, not through repeated re-rolls. To prevent runaway automated cost, accounts may also be subject to reasonable per-day rate limits on AI actions.

Guided and White Glove publishing services are arranged after a request — you always publish from your own KDP account and keep 100% of your royalties.

4. Honest use

You agree not to use the service to fabricate testimonies, endorsements, or reviews; to misrepresent AI-assisted work where disclosure is required by a platform; or to produce content that violates Amazon KDP's or other platforms' policies. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automation, or resale of AI capacity.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” AI output can be wrong, including Scripture references and doctrinal assessments — the doctrine review is a screening aid for human review, not a replacement for it. Nothing in the service is legal, financial, or pastoral advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
