What we collect
Your account email, your project content (interview answers, drafts, generated assets — including voice recordings you choose to transcribe), purchase records, and basic usage counts (how many AI actions you run per day). We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page usage.
How your content is used
Your project content exists to build your book and for nothing else. To generate drafts and reviews, relevant content is sent to AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) under their API terms, which do not permit training on your data. We never sell your data and never use your manuscripts for marketing or model training.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres, with row-level security so only your account can read your projects) and processed on Vercel. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Your choices
You can export your manuscripts at any time. You can delete projects, which removes their content. To delete your entire account and data, email support@thereadywriter.ai and we'll complete it within 30 days.
